In 1993, Prof. Roll sadly died and Prof. Ezey M. Dar-El took over communication with WCPS.
The Israel Chapter was established in 1995 with Prof. Dar-El as Co-ordinator and was inaugurated at the Istanbul Congress, at which Prof. Dar-El was present.
