In 1993 Mr. Hj. Arshad Marsidi was appointed vice-President of WCPS
In April 1994 Mr Marsidi announced his retirement from the National Productivity Centre, though he remained a VP of WCPS. His replacement as Director of the National Productivity Centre and as Co-ordinator of the Chapter in 1995 was Mr. Ismail Bin Adam. His Deputy was Ir. Mah Lok Abdullah.
