There was correspondence between WCPS and a J.S. Hollander, Manager of the Massey University Institute for Executive Development in Palmerston, New Zealand through the period 1993-1996 about the possibility of establishing a Chapter. From the correspondence, it seems that Mr.Hollander was a contact of Walter Aigner, Martin Stone and Ron Davison.
