The Certificate recognising the Chapter was issued in 1995 (but this may have been some time after the Chapter was approved.)
In July 1995, Ms Serpil Ozdamar became Secretary General of the National Productivity Center and thus became the Co-ordinator for the National Chapter, taking over from Dr Ergun Yener who retired in that year.
