Communication
Any
message must go from soul to soul and from that connection comes
information, inspiration and cooperation, The less stages there
are in between to pass the message, the better. Good social and
personal relations are the alpha and omega in building of networks
of any kind or size, as well as in all human endeavors.
On
Organizations
Only
people can communicate and cooperate. Systems and organizations
of any kind are only facilitating bodies for personal interaction.
On
Women
Women
are capable of handling many tasks and complex logistics simultaneously.
They deal with 50% of the earth's assets, 80% of the global poverty
and 100% of the ultimate human survival. If women and their unpaid
work counted, the whole system of "National Productivity Statistics"
based on GNP would have to be overturned. The way women work and
think is the way of the purest productivity.
So be
it.

Brite
is now retired, having led an extraordinarily full life as
teacher, businesswoman and board member of numerous national
and international organizations. She served as a Conservative
member of the Norwegian Parliament 1981 - 1989 and was representative
to the UN General Assembly in 1985. She has held a variety
